You can now check the status of your driver’s license renewal plastic card or obtain a print copy via the Land Transportation Office-National Capital Region (LTO-NCR) website if you haven’t received it yet from one of their branches with their newest feature that can be done online.
The announcement was made on Tuesday by Roque “Rox” I. Verzosa III, Regional Director of LTO-NCR, wherein the clients may now easily check the status of their cards and request prints for their backlog of driver’s license cards with Verzosa III, a new feature of the official LTO-NCR website.
“The introduction of this online system is a significant step towards modernizing services and enhancing customer satisfaction,” he added.
This service will only be available to clients who have renewed or applied for a license through LTO-NCR. The following Driver’s License Renewal Offices (DLROs) and licensing facilities will offer clients the ability to claim and request cards:
- Ali Mall, Cubao
- Eastwood
- Robinsons Place Manila
- Quezon City Licensing Center
- Caloocan Extension Office
- Pateros Extension Office
- La Loma District Office
The online system will shortly be connected with other LTO-NCR offices.
In order to utilize this newest feature, the client must visit the website and input the Driver’s License Number or fill out the form using the field that was given on the website to search for the results. The client’s driver’s license’s official receipt contains the majority of the data required to utilize these LTO-NCR online platforms. It was noted that in order to claim the Driver’s License Card, the client must claim it personally.
